Where listings come from

DealSlide collects listings from online business brokers and marketplaces, including Empire Flippers, Flippa, and Acquire. We also post some listings for owners selling without a broker. Those carry a No Broker (FSBO) badge in search results, and their listing page shows the DealSlide logo in place of a broker.

To filter by broker, open the Sources filter while you browse listings (Source / Broker on mobile). It lists every source we have listings from, and 20+ of them have live listings right now. How often we update

We check each broker and marketplace we track twice a day, around 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern (7 AM and 7 PM from November to mid-March). A check picks up new listings, price and profit changes, and listings that have been taken down. If a check fails or its results look unusual, we hold that source's changes back, so some updates can take longer to appear. We update no-broker listings by hand.

A note on accuracy

Listing details come from what brokers publish, and brokers sometimes change or remove listings between our checks. Always confirm the details with the broker, or with the seller for a no-broker listing, before you act. Spot something wrong? Report it.
