Free

Anyone can search every live listing with every filter except Status, no account needed. Anyone can also read our team's picks in the Highlights feed 7 days after we post them. On picks that have left the market, you see only a short preview of our commentary.

A free account adds:

• Unlimited saved searches and watchlist listings
• Daily or weekly email alerts: new listings that match your saved searches, and changes to listings on your watchlist, including when one leaves the market
• Price and status history on live listings
• The Buyer Dashboard (beta): market stats, a summary of your watchlist and saved searches, and our team's picks with commentary, 7 days after we post them

Pro

Pro includes everything in Free, plus:

• Listings that have left the market (Sold, Pending, Delisted, and Other Archived in the Status filter), with the price and status history we recorded. We detect sold and pending only for some brokers. Listings that leave without a known reason show as Archived on their cards.
• The Status filter when you browse listings. You can save searches that use it, but their alerts only count listings newly added to DealSlide. A saved search for Sold listings won't email you when an older listing sells.
• Price Reductions and Back on Market
• Hide listings you've ruled out so they drop out of your results
• Our team's picks on the dashboard and in Highlights as soon as we post them, including full commentary on listings that have left the market
