Read a listing
How to read a listing card and a listing page.
The listing card
Each listing card shows the asking price, business model, niche, revenue, profit, and multiple (profit, revenue, or both, depending on which figures are available). A dash means the figure is zero or missing, and N/A means there's no multiple to show. Make Offer means no asking price was listed. Flippa revenue is an estimate, labeled Est. Revenue.
The card also shows how long the listing has been on DealSlide and when its price, revenue, profit, or status last changed, if ever.
Badges flag Auction, Starter, and First Access listings. First Access is a Flippa label. Flippa lets only its Premium members make offers during the First Access period. Listings that qualify for SBA financing show SBA Pre-Qualified under the price. Listings from owners selling without a broker show No Broker (FSBO) where the broker logo would be. Listings that have left the market have their status written in the strip across the top of the card: Sold, Pending, Delisted, or Inactive.
If the price was cut, a small trend-down button appears next to the price. Click it to see the percentage and the previous price.
The listing page
Click View on DealSlide to open the full page in a new tab. Pages for listings that have left the market are Pro-only. You'll find:
- Key numbers for price, revenue, profit, and multiple.
- Listing History: the price, auction, and status changes we've tracked, plus when we last checked this broker for updates. Log in to see the details. Pending or off-market stretches under 48 hours are left out.
- Similar listings: live listings with a similar business model, niche, or price. When there aren't enough matches, we show more from the same broker or recent listings instead.
- Broker info: the broker's live listing count, price range, and number of similar listings. No-broker (FSBO) listings don't have this section.
For some brokers we show the full description. For the rest, we show the first two sentences and a link to the full description on the broker's site.
Contact the seller
Click View on followed by the broker's name to open the broker's page in a new tab. That's where you ask questions, sign an NDA, or make an offer. For sold or delisted listings, that page may no longer exist.
You can also send us a note with the Contact DealSlide Agent form on the listing page, and we'll follow up.
For no-broker (FSBO) listings, use the Inquire About This Listing form on the listing page. Some sellers get your inquiry by email: we send them your name, email, phone, and message so they can reply to you directly. For the rest, your inquiry comes to our team and we coordinate the conversation with the seller.
If you're logged in, sending either form also adds the listing to your watchlist.
