Launched in 2024, this B2B-focused eCommerce, Dropshipping and Wholesale business identifies trending products, creates standalone brands around them, and supplies established online marketplaces including StackSocial, Touch of Modern, and Qoqa, alongside operating its own direct-to-consumer stores. The portfolio spans 49 in-house brands and 105 products across more than 44 categories. Key strengths include established marketplace relationships, a broad and diversified product portfolio, and a no-inventory model that allows new brands and products to be launched without significant upfront capital.

Revenue is generated primarily through sales to online marketplaces and retailers, with additional revenue from the business's direct-to-consumer stores. Rather than operating like an Amazon FBA seller, the marketplaces purchase products from the business for their own customers and sales events. The seller handles product selection, branding, imagery, and listing creation, while products are sourced from third-party suppliers only after a marketplace or customer places an order. Suppliers then ship directly to the marketplace, its freight partner, or the end customer, meaning the business does not hold or handle inventory.

The business has no employees, contractors, or freelancers. The seller spends approximately 12.5 hours per week on the business, with around 2.5 hours required for ongoing maintenance and the remaining time focused on growth activities such as pitching products to marketplace buyers, sourcing products, communicating with suppliers, and launching new brands. Suppliers are primarily based in China, with some food and consumable products sourced from the US. There are no minimum order quantities and no inventory is held. Growth opportunities include onboarding additional marketplaces, increasing the number of products offered to existing retail partners, expanding paid and organic marketing for the D2C stores, and continuing to launch new brands using the documented SOPs included in the sale.

Disclaimers:

The seller also sells the individual brands. The sale proceeds from selling off brands has been excluded from the valuation but can be seen under the "Brand Sales" sheet in the P&L file.
