Hey, I've had this site for over 7 years and it's been a great passive income site, but I'm focusing on other activities now and need cash to buy a house. It hasn't been updated for a few years now, but still generates money. Great opportunity for somebody who has more time For sale is an established content website focused on audio equipment reviews and informational guides. Revenue is generated through a mix of display advertising and affiliate partnerships. The site hosts a library of content covering various consumer audio products. It has not been updated with new articles for two years. Despite the lack of recent activity, the domain maintains an existing backlink profile and historical data in search engines. This asset is suitable for an investor or operator looking to acquire an aged domain with a content foundation rather than starting from scratch. The sale includes the domain, all site files, and the content database. It serves as a project for revitalization through fresh content and technical optimization. It comes with 2 domains - one main one and one redirected..

VR Heaven is a passion project started by someone who believes VR will be the future (and still does). Most the traffic from search and revenue from ads and affiliate sales (Amazon mostly). It also has many strong organic backlinks including Namecheap, Fiverr, The Telegraph, Bigcommerce and more. However, due to growing committments from my other projects, I'm ready to hand this project to a new owner. The site peaked in December 2022, which was when it got accepted into Mediavine (70k monthly visits), but it hasn't been updated in a few years and the traffic has tanked. The site still has age, authority, trust and a strong foundation to rebuild. In the right hands, there is a ton of upside potential, especially in an industry that can take off really quick like VR. For example, whenever Meta releases a new headset, there is a big traffic spike What is VR Heaven? VR Heaven isn't your standard churn and burn affiliate site, that was made for a quick flip. Everything was made with love and care over 6 years. It's a real brand & business with long-term upside. VRHeaven.io is a blog I started back in 2019 as a passionate project, right around the early days of consumer VR (Quest 1 era). I started this website because I genuinely loved VR, was absolutely hooked and mindblown by it. I truly believed VR to be the future (and still do - it's just happened slower than expected). 😄 My goal was to publish helpful, no-BS guides about VR, which I mostly wrote myself - not AI (AI wasn't even available back then). There were also a few freelance writers who contributed too. Although I did receive a handful of backlinks from my outreach efforts, most of the backlinks are 100% organic, linking to our studies and useful guides ✅ Authority and Backlinks The site has strong domain-level trust and a natural backlink profile: DR: 43 Backlinks: 1,500+ Referring domains: 709 Examples of top backlinks: The Telegraph: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/2021/03/11/racist-sexist-gadgets-targeted-new-product-safety-rules/ Fiverr: https://www.fiverr.com/resources/guides/graphic-design/midjourney-use-cases Namecheap: https://www.namecheap.com/blog/gaming-servers/ GamesBeat (formerly Venturebeat): https://gamesbeat.com/a-survey-about-vr-sickness-and-gender/ The Epoch Times: https://www.theepochtimes.com/us/facebook-in-race-against-time-to-turn-metaverse-into-success-4898995 BigCommerce: https://www.bigcommerce.com/articles/ecommerce/virtual-reality-ecommerce/ Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_reality_sickness And plenty more DR 70+ links This backlink profile would cost tens of thousands of dollars to replicate. Design Note: I'm currently using the website as a placeholder landing page for my game. See how the blog used to look here: https://web.archive.org/web/20230314001018/https://vrheaven.io/ (this can be reverted easily) Current articles library: https://vrheaven.io/author/vr-heaven/ See the types of content we post there. Topics covered: AR/VR, AI, Gaming, Computers, Hardware, Accessories & Gadgets Revenue & Traffic $350/month revenue - no operational costs other than domain + hosting Total Revenue in 2025: $4200.18 Revenue comes from Mediavine Ads (35%) and Affiliate Sales (65%) - mostly Amazon 67k traffic in the past 12 months (5.6k per month) Most traffic is from tier 1 countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany Why I'm Selling Nowadays, I'm a full-time developer making the game of my dreams (which will potentially be getting a VR port down the line). Unfortunately, I have absolutely zero time to work on this website anymore and I'm ready to hand it over to a new owner who can give it the attention it deserves. Before buying, you should note that the website hasn't been updated in a few years and the traffic is on the decline each year (starting from 2023). With that said - thanks to our age, authority, and trust - there is a strong foundation to rebuild and grow. A site like this has a ton of upside potential, because it is lacking on the content side, rather than the domain authority/backlink side. And being in an industry like VR, things can take off overnight. We see big spikes in traffic whenever a new headset gets announced, or when Meta announces a sale. Potential for Growth Update existing articles Update broken/outdated Amazon affiliate links Capitalize on upcoming new VR headset announcements. The Quest 4 release is the big one - which will be coming late 2026 or 2027 Build content clusters, in which the site is currently lacking Sell your own products (ideal) - there is huge upside if you can turn this site into a business, rather than a content blog. VR accessories such as comfort straps, decals, and 3D-printed gadgets are wildly popular Branch more into AI and AR. Although we've got a few articles on these topics, there is a lot of room for growth Summary Upsides: High DR: Many strong backlinks worth tens of thousands of dollars alone A real blog made with love, not AI or churn & burn Aged domain - 6 years old $350/month revenue - no operation expenses other than domain + hosting Futuristic niche with huge growth potential Plenty of room for content updates, improvements and new articles Downsides: Blog hasn't been updated in a few years Many articles with outdated information Many outdated/broken Amazon links Traffic has been on the decline due to this Ready to Invest in the Future? Minimum Offer: $8,000 (We received valuations between $8,000 and 13,000 - so this is on the low end). I'm hoping for more because of our strong backlink profile, but since this money will greatly help with the development of my other project, I'll accept what is of.

Established 2012 multilingual Windows software downloads site + 2 YouTube tutorial channels. Custom code. Affiliate-driven revenue with news & guides Overview Established in 2012, our site is a multilingual (5+ languages) Windows-software platform combining download pages, news, and step-by-step tutorials, plus two YouTube channels focused on software how-tos. The site runs on a custom CMS optimized for speed and clean internal linking. How it makes money Primary monetization is affiliate programs on high-intent download pages, complemented by YouTube ads and website AdSense. Ad inventory on the site is intentionally light—only one ad block on the download section—leaving clear room to expand placements without harming UX. Traffic Traffic to both the website and channels is 100% organic (Search, Suggested, Browse). Multilingual content captures long-tail queries across multiple locales; video descriptions, cards, and end screens link back to relevant download/tutorial pages, creating a recurring loop between YouTube and the site. Operations Runs on a single-panel custom CMS to manage software entries (versions/download buttons/affiliate IDs), news, tutorials, translations, SEO fields, and internal linking. The YouTube channels are managed in YouTube Studio. Transfer includes CMS admin access, codebase + database export, and Brand Account transfer for both channels. Unique situation (read before inquiring) Since 2018, the property has experienced negative SEO activity aimed at the current owner. The strongest pressure has been on the YouTube channels, which nevertheless remain in good standing and continue to earn organically. The sale thesis: a change of ownership removes the personal trigger, improving the odds of recovery across the site and channels. Combined with broader ad placements and refreshed content, the upside can be significant. Why it’s attractive to contrarian buyers Catalyst: ownership change expected to de-escalate attacks. Operational leverage: straightforward to run; clear on-page monetization opportunities (in-content/anchor ads, broader affiliate coverage). Multilingual footprint: diversified traffic across locales and evergreen software topics. Risks & mitigations The negative SEO could persist post-sale; buyer should be comfortable with risk and maintain disavow/link and video monitoring. Standard platform risks (algorithm updates, affiliate program changes) are mitigated by diversified channels (affiliates, AdSense, YouTube). Scenario analysis (for expectation-setting, not a guarantee) Outcome A (Recovery): Ownership change + standard hygiene → rankings/visibility normalize; expanding ad placements and refreshing top assets yields material uplift. Outcome B (Strategic exit): A third party expresses purchase interest from the new owner; buyer may elect to flip/sell depending on market conditions. Outcome C (Adverse): Attacks persist and recovery is limited; buyer operates the asset conservatively with focus on cashflow and selective content updates..
